It has been three years since my wife and I purchased our first home built by Dale Kidder, and we are as happy with it and Kidder Construction as the day we closed. Dale’s creativity and honesty and the dedication of all of his employees have made our experience a very good one. Even three years after the sale, Kidder Construction, has made good on every question we have raised. So good, that we built a spec home last year with Dale that sold even before it was completed.
Kidder Construction has proven to be not only able to think of how to build value into a home but also to deal with current market realities. The best measure of the confidence we have in Dale is that we have just broken ground on our next spec home and are excited about the project and are having fun doing it.
